An email will be sent the DAY BEFORE THE EVENT with instructions and more details for setting up during Artwalk! Thank you!

NOTICE *

This form must be filled out before being a vendor at Artwalk. Terms & Conditions: • The items I am selling at ArtWalk are handmade goods and/or pieces of art. • Sales Tax IDs are required - you can sign up for one at the comptroller website: https://security.app.cpa.state.tx.us • I will provide my own tents, tables, chairs, and battery lighting (if desired.) • I understand that set-up begins at 3:30PM. Booths must be set up and ready to sell by 5:30pm. • I understand that booths cannot take up the entire sidewalk - ArtWalk attendees must have ample space to walk by my booth on the sidewalk. I have read the Terms & Conditions section above and agree to the statements. If I willingly disregard the Terms & Conditions above, I may be asked to leave the event.
